Peppermint essential oil contains menthol which is well known as a topical pain reliever. We made our Peppermint Headache roll-on for our clients who suffer from headaches but do not want to take over the counter pain relievers. The peppermint essential oil will penetrate the skin where it is applied. Roll it on to your forehead, temples and back of the neck for best effects. This can be repeated several times a day as needed. Be careful not to get this into your eyes since peppermint will sting.
